During your stay, you’ll enjoy daily yoga and meditation sessions, three rejuvenating Ayurvedic massages, two private sound healing experiences, and a guided sunrise hike to Methlang. Delicious vegetarian meals are thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body throughout your journey.

Retreat Schedule

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome
Upon arriving in Pokhara, our team will greet you and arrange pickup from the airport, bus station, or your hotel. After settling into Green Hills Yoga Retreat, you’ll join your first gentle evening yoga session followed by a wholesome dinner.

Day 2 – Yoga, Ayurveda & Relaxation
Begin your morning with an energizing yoga practice to awaken your body and mind. Later, enjoy a one-hour Ayurvedic massage to help restore balance and release tension. After a healthy lunch, take time to rest or explore the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, unwind with yoga and meditation before gathering for dinner with fellow participants.

Day 3 – Sunrise Hike & Sound Healing
Wake early for a guided sunrise hike to Methlang, where you’ll witness breathtaking Himalayan views. After breakfast back at the retreat, experience a private sound healing session designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner harmony. Following lunch, enjoy another soothing Ayurvedic massage. End the day with an evening yoga session, meditation, and a shared dinner.

Day 4 – Full Day of Wellness
Start your day with refreshing morning yoga and a nourishing breakfast. Later, indulge in another relaxing massage session. The afternoon is free for reflection, journaling, nature walks, or quiet rest. In the evening, join a final yoga and meditation session before dinner.

Day 5 – Departure
Enjoy one last morning yoga session and breakfast before we arrange your transfer to the airport or your next destination in Pokhara.
